Personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and information you provide about your education and program interests.

What information do we collect?

Information you provide to us. When you submit a form, request information, apply, or enroll, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, program of interest, preferred campus or start date, and confirmation that you meet our admissions requirements.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect Log Data and information through cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

What do we use your information for?

Any information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To respond to your inquiry and provide information about our programs, tuition, schedules, and start dates
• To contact you by phone, text message, and email about our programs and offers, including through automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, where you have agreed to receive such contact
• To process your application and enrollment
• To process transactions
• To administer our optional referral program: the email you provide for this program may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your referral awards

We include third party services on our website, mainly for payment processing. When making payment, you are directed to a third party site. Accordingly, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party only to provide these services. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Sites (“Log Data”). Data retention

Student and enrollment records are retained in accordance with applicable state education record retention requirements. When personal information is no longer needed for any of the purposes above, we delete it or de-identify it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to know or access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
• Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal and regulatory exceptions

How to submit a request. Email info@zollege.com or call (512) 887-7943. Please include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your records. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission and proof of identity.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing info@zollege.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will respond in writing within 45 days with our decision and the reasons for it. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general’s office to submit a complaint.

Minimum age

The Sites and our programs are directed to adults. Our admissions requirements vary by program and state, and applicants must meet the minimum age requirement for the program and state in which they intend to enroll. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@zollege.com and we will delete it.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
